Ludovic de Saint Sernin offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear are final sale unless a manufacturing fault is present.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the parcel.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Processing and Refund

Once our atelier inspects and approves the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
